One of Targa’s favourite drivers, Brendan Reeves, is about to star the Rally of Germany, a qualifying round of the World Rally Championship.
Reeves is contesting the WRC Academy in a Ford Fiesta, and is currently second in the championship race with three events to go.
“I’m doing shakedown today, so that will be great,” Reeves told Targa Live from Germany this afternoon.
“I have some good notes, but there are so many junctions and turns, it’s crazy and narrow.”
Reeves will again be co-driven by his sister, Rhianon Smyth, who has partnered him in his Targa appearances.
Including Germany, the remaining rounds in the WRC Academy are in Great Britain and Spain.
The Targa community wish Brendan and Rhianon the best of luck this weekend. We’ll be watching their results with interest at www.wrc.com
