Hi there, can I just check that the road closures affect residents too? Or will there be times that locals can get through to get to and from their house? We’re affected tomorrow, but haven’t received anything in the mail so I’m unsure if I’ll be able to leave my house when I had planned to in the afternoon…

Thanks, I had seen that. It still doesn’t mention anything about residents…I figured it was more for through traffic…but does it mean that even residents can’t get to and from their house for that whole block of time?
