Took my grandchildren to view the cavalcade this afternoon. Went to the “best viewing…Cairns Esplanade” but never seen or heard one Targa car. Was there between 2.45pm till 4.20pm. Very disappointing, and we weren’t the only ones – there was a number of other people who were similarly p***ed off
