Roe clear leader in Early Modern

Alan Roe leads by over four minutes after Day 4 of Targa Tasmania in the Spirit of Tasmania and Duttons Garage Early Modern class.

Just four seconds separates second from third, with Andrew Bollom and Mark Balcombe having a fabulous battle between their Mazda RX-7’s.

After reaching Strahan, Roe was very satisfied with where they are placed with two days remaining.

“It was a bit of a consolidating day for us today and it went better than expected,” Roe said.

“There are no niggling problems with the car and my co-driver Michael Lloyd and I are working well together.”

“We are capable of managing the car now to the end as we head for home.”
